Nice photo. The Romanian officer seated right, seem to serve with the infantry, and the one seated, left, served with the cavalry or artillery because he wears black pants, he also wears the Order of the „Star of Romania”, Knight class, the second highest award for officers. Interestingly the woman wears the Russian Imperial Order of Saint Anna. :smile:

On the photo is written Bicaz, Octombrie 1916.

Almost all Romanian soldiers and officers wear the M1912 green-grey uniforms.
