Несколько портретов большого формата одного офицера. Хотелось бы разобраться с его карьерным ростом. Да, забыл добавить, это не для продажи, а исключительно в целях познания. :yes:

Fritz N. The ranklists only show the second name...

Hauptmann im Generalstab. But which one? Headquarter, army, army-corps?

He has two different types of helmets.

1) Guard with squared visor

2) helmet with round visor.

Probably he was in the generalstaff with a rank of Hauptmann, and came into another branch, when he became major.

Hello!

Does someo ne know, in which unit he became Leutnant? So I could find ouit, in which general-staff he served. (Unfortunately there are nearly 50 lieutenants Neumann in the 1909 ranklist ...

He is shown in the 1914 Rangliste as a Leutnant in I.R. 151 (18.11.07 E).

 

There is a full biography at the Lexikon der Wehrmacht site.

 

He was a General Staff Officer in the 228. Infanterie-Division.
