Librarius13
Доброго времени суток. Приехала еще такая открыточная из довольно частого фрайкора. Если с темой ошибся, прошу перенести.
FAR43
Hello!A fantastic photo !!!!!This is Freikorps von Hülsen. There were different kind of those oak-leaves, but I think I see the number 262 upon the shoulder straps. Correct me please, if I´m wrong.Freikorps Hülsen was also called Brigade Potsdam, built december 26, 1918The soldiers from Res.Inf.Rgt.262 became III.Bataillon/Freiwilligen Detachement Grothe, which belonged to Freikorps Hülsen.Later they became III./Reichswehr-Inf.Rgt.6.Det. Grothe had also black-white-black stripes (appendix 2, red arow), in this case we probably see a black-white-red stripe.Normally Det. Grothe had a black-white-red chevron, this black-white-black band was worn on the collar (331.2), but these variation is also known.Photos are from: "Katalog der Uniformabzeichen der deutschen Freikorps" (Ingo G. Haarcke, ISBN 978-3-89757-500-4) Edited September 24, 2017 by FAR43
